高职院校产教融合协同育人的创新与实践

Innovation and Practice of Integration of Industry and Education and Cooperative Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

纵观当前校园发展状况来看,高职院校逐渐走向资源网络化、教学教务管理系统化的方向,但是高职院校中资源处于独立状态,未能得到融合。传统的职业,通常是利用校企之间的协作,从而实现专业化人才的培养,但教育的开展并不只依靠这一手段,除去对人才的培养,还需要做到专业建设、学生以及教师科研创新能力的培养。对于电商物流专业来说,专业更需要人才支持,利用产教融合协同育人的形式,进行教学的创新与实践,从而推动电商物流专业的人才培养。

Looking at the current situation of campus development,higher vocational colleges are gradually moving towards the direction of resource networking and teaching and educational administration management system,but the resources in higher vocational colleges are in an independent state and cannot be integrated.Traditional occupations usually make use of the cooperation between schools and enterprises to achieve the training of professional talents,but the development of education depends not only on this means,except for the training of talents,but also on the training of professional construction,students and teachers'scientific research and innovation ability.For E-commerce logistics specialty,the specialty needs more support from talents.It uses the form of integration of industry and education to educate people,and carries out teaching innovation and practice,so as to promote the cultivation of E-commerce logistics specialty talents.
