摘要 在高校思政课实践教学中,提升大学生的自我认知是最重要的事情。大学教育过程中,大学生的身心健康发展一直是教师关注的焦点。为了改善大学生的文明礼仪规范,有效提高大学生的心理健康水平,在思想政治教育理论课实践教学过程中,制定并实施“我付出,我快乐”活动,利用调查问卷的方法,得出“我付出,我快乐”的结论,旨在培养大学生乐于奉献的精神,有效缓和大学生的人际关系,继而减轻因人际紧张引发焦虑而埋下的潜在隐患,从而起到协调自我身心的和谐、个人与他人关系和谐的作用。 In the practical teaching of Ideological and political courses in Colleges and universities,it is the most important thing to improve college students'self-awareness.In the process of University education,the healthy physical and mental development of college students has always been the focus of teachers'attention.In order to improve the standard of civilized etiquette of college students and effectively improve their mental health level,in the process of practical teaching of Ideological and political education theory course,the activities of"I pay,I am happy"are formulated and implemented,and the conclusion of"I pay,I am happy"is drawn by means of questionnaire,aiming at cultivating college students'happiness.The spirit of dedication can effectively alleviate the interpersonal relationship of college students,and then alleviate the potential dangers buried by anxiety caused by interpersonal tension,thus playing a role in coordinating the harmony of self-body and mind,and the harmony between individuals and others.
