摘要
通过阐述五子衍宗丸、苍附导痰汤、毓麟珠、养精种玉汤促排卵的证治机理及现代研究,分析其治疗排卵障碍性不孕的适应症,探讨排卵障碍性不孕症时方促进卵泡发育的可能机制,并有助于阐明中医药"促排卵"的科学内涵。
Through elaborating the mechanism and modern research of Wuzi Yanzong Pill, Cangfu Daotan Decoction, Yulin Zhu and Yangjing Zaoyu Decoction in promoting ovulation, this paper analyzed their indications for treating ovulation-disordered infertility, and discussed the possible mechanism of promoting follicular development in ovulation-disordered infertility, and helped to clarify the scientific connotation of ovulation-stimulation in traditional Chinese medicine.
