重视教育需求：供给侧结构性改革背景下教育供求矛盾的破解

教育供求矛盾贯穿于教育发展的始终,通过教育供求矛盾的解决促进教育发展是一条亘古不变的道路。然而,无论是传统的以供限需的策略、扩大供给的策略,还是当前的教育供给侧结构性改革,均存在"就供给论供给"的倾向而对"需求"的重视不够。教育供给侧结构性改革背景下教育供求矛盾的解决需唤起对教育需求的重视,并妥善处理好以下三对基本关系:引导隐性需求与创新供给,满足高品质、个性化需求与扩大有效供给,保障基本型需求与确保底线供给。

The contradiction between education supply and demand runs through the development of education. Promoting the development of education through the solution of the contradiction between education supply and demand is an ideal road. However,whether it is the traditional strategy of restricting demand, the strategy of expanding supply, or the current structural reform of supply side of education, there is a tendency to "supply on supply theory", but the emphasis on "demand" is not enough. Under the background of structural reform of education supply side, the solution to the contradiction between education supply and demand needs to arouse the importance of education needs, and properly handle the following three basic relationships: guiding hidden demand and innovative supply, meeting high quality, individualized demand and expanding effective supply, ensuring basic demand and ensuring the supply of the bottom line.
