摘要
从制备方法及工艺因素等方面研究了捕捉树脂的最佳合成工艺,并将其用于活性染色废水的染料捕捉。优化的捕捉树脂合成工艺为:反应物苯乙烯与二乙烯苯质量比为3∶2,萃取剂质量分数40%,反应温度80℃,反应时间5 h,捕捉树脂对水解活性染料的捕捉率可达99%,捕捉后的水质指标得到了较大的改善,可用于染色循环使用。
The synthesis process of capturing resin is optimized from the aspects of preparation method and processing factors,and the resin is used to capture the reactive dyes in dyeing wastewater.The re sults show that the optimized synthesis process of the capture resin is as follows:the mass ratio of the reactants is 3∶2,the proportion of the extractant is 40%,the reaction temperature is 80℃,and the reac tion time is 5 h.The capturing rate to the reactive dyes can reach 99%,and the water quality indicators after capture resin treatment have been greatly improved.
