Determination of chlorophenols in textiles and leather by KOH using baking oven extraction

摘要 建立了纺织品和皮革中含氯苯酚含量的检测方法。采用KOH烘箱加热萃取样品,用乙酸酐对含氯苯酚进行乙酰化,经正己烷萃取后,用GC-MS进行测定。当标样的质量浓度为0.02~6.0 mg/L时,19种含氯苯酚的线性相关系数均≥0.995,19种含氯苯酚的检出限在0.01~0.03 mg/kg之间,空白样品的加标回收率为88%~119%。 Detection method of chlorophenols in textiles and leather is established.The testing process is carried out with KOH using baking oven to extract the samples,followed by acetylation with acetic an hydride and extraction with n-hexane,finally using GC-MS to determine the chlorophenols.The linear correlation coefficient of nineteen chlorophenols is above 0.995 in concentration range of 0.02~6.0 mg/L.And the detection limit of nineteen chlorophenols ranges from 0.01 to 0.03 mg/kg,and the recoveries are between 88%and 119%.
