摘要 前期获得一条致病基因的表达序列标签(EST),扩增后提交美国国立生物技术信息中心(NCBI)获得基因号:AY887902及蛋白号:AAX14401[1]。本实验拟构建902PCDNA3重组质粒并进行细胞转染,为AY887902的功能研究奠定基础。
