摘要
针对电网调度控制运行面临的问题,文中引入语音识别、自然语言处理等人工智能相关技术,提出了电网调控操作智能助手方案。对方案中的电网态势智能感知与交互、调控语音识别、调控知识库构建、调控智能决策等关键技术给出了具体的解决方法。基于该方案研发的调控助手软件,部分功能已在福建电网调控中心进行验证。实践证明,该方案能够协助调控人员进行电网运行指挥和事故处理,提高电网调控操作的效率和准确性。
An intelligence assistant scheme for power grid dispatching and control operation is proposed by using artificial intelligence technologies such as speech recognition and natural language processing for the problem faced by power grid dispatching and control operation.In the scheme,specific solutions of some key technologies have been proposed,such as the intelligent perception and interaction of power grid operation state,dispatching and control of automatic speech recognition,establishment of knowledge base and intelligent decision.According to the dispatching and control software based on the proposed scheme,partial function of the scheme has been applied in the State Grid Fujian Electric Power Dispatching and Control Center.Practice shows that the scheme can assist the power grid regulator to complete the power grid dispatching and control operation and fault disposal,which improves the efficiency and accuracy of power grid operation.
