摘要
交直流大电网的建设对调控全局化、自动化和精细化程度提出了更高的要求。为了促进大范围源、网、荷资源的优化,提升电网运行经济性和新能源消纳能力,设计了交直流大电网智能调度自动巡航的总体架构,提出了经济运行域、经济后评估和最优运行点的概念及功能框架,并探讨了多目标日前发电计划、经济后评估指标体系和基于人工智能的最优运行点生成等关键技术。
The construction and development of AC/DC bulk power grid in China have higher requirements for global regulation,automation and refinement.In order to optimize the large-scale allocation of source-grid-load resources and improve the operation economy of power grid and the accommodation rate of renewable energy,this paper presents an overall architecture of automatic cruise for smart dispatching system of AC/DC bulk power grid.In addition,the concept and framework of economy operation region,economy post-evaluation and optimal operation point are proposed.Finally,key technologies such as multi-objective day-ahead generation plan,indices of economy post-evaluation,optimal operation point based on artificial intelligence technology and other technologies are discussed in detail.
