调度运行后评估方案与应用架构设计

Design of Post-evaluation Scheme and Application Architecture for Dispatching and Operation

针对传统调度系统主要服务于电力调度生产的事前和事中环节的特点,文中从电力调度的事后环节出发,提出了调度运行后评估方案。调度运行后评估主要包括量化后评估及深度后评估两部分功能,主要目标为促进对调度成效的量化评估与闭环反馈。另外,从设计思路、软件实现方式及关键技术等方面进行了阐述,并对调度运行后评估应用在调度生产中的典型应用方式进行了分析和探索。

Aiming at the feature of the traditional dispatching system which mainly serves the pre-event and in-event links of power dispatching,a post-evaluation scheme for dispatching is proposed,which focuses on the post-event link of the power dispatching.The dispatching post-evaluation scheme includes two functions:quantitative post-evaluation and deep post-evaluation.The main objective of post-evaluation is to quantify the dispatching effectiveness and feedback in closed loop.Moreover,the design ideas,software implementation and key technologies are expounded,and the typical application modes of post-evaluation in dispatching and operation are analyzed and explored.
