摘要
从世界银行《营商环境报告》的测评体系出发,介绍了供水接入在优化营商环境测评中的定位,对标分析了先进经济体的供水接入的做法,通过寻找差距明确了供水企业在持续推进优化营商环境工作中的改进方向,并开展了一系列的尝试,对基于该测评框架下开展的供水接入服务的历次改革作了归纳总结,供行业内同仁参考。
Based on the evaluation system of The world bank’s doing business report, this paper introduces the positioning of water supply connection in the optimization of Doing Business assessment, benchmarking the practice of water connection in advanced economies, and identifying the water supply by finding the gap. The water supply company continued to promote the work direction of optimizing the Doing Business, and carried out a series of attempts to summarize the previous reforms of the water connection service based on the evaluation framework for the reference of colleagues in the industry.
