摘要
湖北某地生活垃圾焚烧厂渗滤液处理站生化系统脱水后污泥回垃圾仓掺烧处置,污泥输送方式经工艺比选后采用螺杆泵-管道输送系统,解决常规汽车运输方式产生的臭气外逸、洒落、漏滴等二次污染问题,取得了较好的环境效益。对泵-管道输送系统污泥泵形式的选择、管件管材选用、压损计算等要点进行研究验证,并结合工程实际运行情况,分析压损计算相关公式差异的原因。
In the case of transporting sludge, which was resulted from dewatering by biochemical system in a leachate treatment station of a domestic garbage incineration plant in somewhere in Hubei, back to the garbage dump for mixed burning and treatment, a screw pump-pipeline transportation system was selected through process comparison as the means for transportation of the sludge, which solved the problems of secondary pollution such as escaping, spilling and leaking of odor generated from conventional means of automobile transportation, and achieved good environmental benefits. Key points such as the selection on the sludge pump form for the pump-pipeline transportation system, the pipe fittings and materials, and the pressure loss calculation were studied and verified, and the reasons for the differences between formulas associated with pressure loss calculation were analyzed in combination with the practical operation of the project.
