摘要
海绵城市建设方案的编制应重点突出系统性。以无人机三维建模技术、计算机水文水质模型分析为手段,定量分析片区海绵城市建设需要解决的问题,提出了建设策略、指标和实施路径,并依据"共同缔造"和最大程度技术可行性等原则,因地制宜采用低影响开发措施,提出各地块详细设计方案,以期提高已建成区海绵城市建设的系统性、科学性和综合性,为系统推进海绵城市建设提供技术支撑。
The preparation of the sponge city construction plan should be focused systematic. Taking the three-dimensional modeling technology of drones and the analysis of computer hydrology water quality model as a means to quantitatively analyze the problems that need to be solved in the construction of sponge city in the area, the construction strategy, indicators and implementation path was put forward. Based on the "co-creation" and the maximum technical feasibility, the low-impact development measures should be adopted according to local conditions, and each block was designed detailly. It was proposed to improve the systemic, scientific and comprehensive construction of the sponge city in the built-up area, and provide technical support for the system to promote the construction of the sponge city.
