摘要
消防水泵是消防给水系统中的重要设备,其能否及时准确启动直接关系到火灾的发展与扑救,而消防水泵电气控制的设计与安装质量直接关系到整个消防系统可靠性。在设计和施工过程中,由于对相关规范理解存在的差异,给消防设备的安装、使用留下了安全隐患。结合现行规范及图集,探讨了消防水泵的全压启动控制电路的控制原理,对规范之间存在的差异进行了阐述,并提出了在施工过程中的一些针对性的施工技术,给出了相关的建议。
As an important equipment in the fire water supply system, whether fire pumps can be started timely and accurately is directly related to the development and rescue of fire, and the design and installation quality of electric control of fire pumps are directly related to the reliability of the whole fire control system. In the process of design and construction, due to the differences in understanding relevant specifications, there are safety hazards for the installation and use of fire fighting equipment. This paper discusses the control principle of the full pressure start control circuit of the fire pump, and expounds the differences between the specifications, and puts forward some specific construction techniques in the construction process.
