摘要
文章概括性辨析了"医生多点执业""医生自由执业"与"医生集团"三者之间的内涵,阐述了医生集团发展的驱动力,即:外部环境对医生集团的助推作用、医生集团内部具有组织优势以及医生集团有助于医生彰显个人价值。此外,还分析了初建期医生集团存在现实困境并重点剖析了利益相关者视角下医生集团的利益网络与结构。最后,试图为医生集团后续发展提供一些建议与对策。
The connotation of three concepts of "multi-site physician practice", "free medical practice" and "medical group" was analyzed. And the driving forces of medical groups’ development were studied, including the promotion effect from external environment, inner advantages of medical group and its beneficial role for manifesting doctors’ value. In addition, the realistic difficulties of medical groups and its benefits network and structure were analyzed. Based on which, some suggestions and countermeasures were put forward for its further development.
