计及全寿命周期效益的超导故障限流器全局协同配置方法研究 被引量:8

摘要 超导型故障限流器(superconducting fault current limiter,SFCL)因其具有良好的应用前景,已经进入实际工程投用研究阶段。在其昂贵的成本限制下如何通过有限配置对全网短路电流超标进行治理应成为后续研究的重点。在故障限流器全局配置研究的基础上,为了进一步优化SFCL配置的经济性,该文提出一种计及全寿命周期效益的SFCL全局协同配置方法。首先提出短路电流校核的修正模型以避免过度校核的问题;其次,在构建SFCL运行寿命损耗模型的基础上,重点讨论全寿命周期意义下的SFCL全局配置总成本经济性最优问题:通过建立Pareto最优解函数利用NSGA-II多目标遗传算法求解得到基本配置方案的最优解集;构建基于蒙特卡洛的故障模拟模型以评估基本配置方案的全寿命周期运行维护成本;最终得到综合获得总等年值最低的最优配置方案。该文以IEEE30节点系统为算例,通过仿真,验证了所提配置方案的可行性与优越性。该文所提配置方法综合考虑了SFCL初配成本与后期维护运行成本,为SFCL的实际工程应用提供了新的经济性配置思路。 Superconducting fault current limiter(SFCL) has entered the practical engineering investment research stage because of the good application prospects. How to control excessive short-circuit current through limited configuration under its cost limit should be the focus of the follow-up research. Based on the global configuration of fault current limiter, in order to further optimize the economics of SFCL configuration, this paper proposed a global cooperative configuration method that takes into account the benefits of the SFCL during its full life cycle. Firstly, the modified model for checking short-circuit current was proposed to avoid over-checking. Secondly, based on the construction of SFCL operating life loss model, the SFCL global configuration total cost optimal problem was discussed in the sense of life-cycle: establishing the Pareto optimal solution function to solve the basic configuration scheme solution set by NSGA-II;and building the Monte Carlo-based fault simulation model to evaluate the life cycle maintenance cost of the basic configuration scheme;finally obtaining the optimal configuration plan with the lowest total annual value. In this paper, the IEEE30 node system is taken as an example to verify the feasibility and superiority of the proposed configuration. The configuration method proposed in this paper comprehensively considers the SFCL initial allocation cost and the post-maintenance operation cost, and provides a new economic configuration idea for the actual engineering application of SFCL.
