摘要 情绪智力是近年来心理学领域的研究热点,并日渐拓展到教育研究领域,应用于教师研究。通过梳理相关文献研究发现,教师特质情绪智力能够显著预测职业倦怠、效能感、工作满意度和工作绩效等工作变量,并且还能够对学生问题行为、师生关系等结果变量产生影响。同时,目前也已有少量的教师特质情绪智力培训项目及相关效果研究。未来应该在已有研究基础上,厘清教师特质情绪智力概念、完善测量工具,深入探究其影响作用并将研究与实践结合,真正促进教师特质情绪智力发展。 In recent years, emotional intelligence has become a focused topic in the field of psychology research and its effect towards teachers has gained increasing attention as well. Research finds that trait emotional intelligence can significantly predict teacher job variables such as burnout, efficacy, job satisfaction and job performance, and can also have an impact on students’ problem behavior, teacher-student relationship and other outcome variables. At present, there are a few studies addressing teacher trait emotional intelligence training programs and the related effects. Future research should be extended to the clarification of the concept of teachers’ trait emotional intelligence, improvement of the measurement tools, and further exploration on its influence. In addition, based on research, more training programs should be put into practice to promote the development of teachers’ trait emotional intelligence.
