“双高计划”背景下高职学校校企合作的任务与举措——基于契约理论的视角 被引量:42

摘要 深化产教融合、校企合作是推进职业教育改革、提高人才培养质量的着力点。《关于实施中国特色高水平高职学校和专业建设计划的意见》为高职学校深化校企合作赋予了新内涵,提出了新要求和新任务。面对"双高计划"的建设要求,高职学校校企合作存在着约束机制、激励机制和协调机制不健全等问题。根据契约理论,高职学校要构建强有力的校企合作约束和激励机制,共建协同育人平台,深化人才培养模式创新,提升科研和社会服务能力,才能促进产教深度融合、校企深度合作。 Deepening the integration of industry and education as well as school-enterprise cooperation is the focus of promoting vocational education reform and improving the quality of talents training. Suggestions on implementing high-level higher vocational schools and professional construction plans with Chinese characteristics gives new meaning to deepen school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational schools and puts forward new requirements as well as tasks. Faced with the requirements of constructing Double High-quality Plan, there are still restraint mechanism, incentive mechanism and inadequate coordination mechanism in school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational schools. Applying Contract Theory,higher vocational schools should build the strong schoolenterprise cooperation constraint and incentive mechanism, construct collaborative education platform, deepen the innovation of talent training model, enhance scientific research and social service capabilities to promote the deep integration of industry and education as well as cooperation of school-enterprise.
