战略性企业社会责任促进开放式创新网络形成演化的作用机制——一个互联网金融企业的纵向案例研究

The mechanism of strategic corporate social responsibility to promote the formation and evolution of open innovation network——A longitudinal case study of internet financial enterprise

互联网金融企业兼具互联网和金融的双重属性,其如何开展开放式创新是涉及经济利益和社会利益的重要问题。选取宜信公司进行纵向案例研究,探索战略性企业社会责任对开放式创新网络形成演化的作用机制,研究发现演化的过程中主要有五个方面的变化:创新机会由来自市场转变为来自社会,创新参与各方由经济联结转变为责任联结,创新模式由部分开放转变为完全开放,创新绩效由创造经济价值为先转变为创造社会价值为先,创新途径由价值链创新转变为与社会共生。利益相关者参与和利益相关者治理是联结战略性企业社会责任和开放式创新网络的两种重要机制,战略性企业社会责任通过扩大企业的利益关注点、改变创新资源配置,促进开放式创新网络的形成演化。

Internet financial enterprises have the dual attributes of internet and finance,and how to carry out open innovation is an important issue involving economic and social interests.Selecting Creditease as a case for longitudinal study,the paper explores the mechanism of strategic corporate social responsibility to promote the formation and evolution of open innovation network and finds that there are mainly five changes in the process of evolution:innovation opportunities change from market to society,innovation participants change from economic connection to responsibility,innovation model change from partial open to completely open,innovation performance change from creating economic value to creating social value,and innovation approaches change from value chain innovation to a symbiosis with society.Stakeholder participation and governance are two important mechanisms to connect of strategic corporate social responsibility and open innovation network.Strategic corporate social responsibility promotes the formation and evolution of open innovation network by expanding business concerns and changing the configuration of innovation resources.
