中国水稻遗传学研究进展与分子设计育种 被引量:69

Advances in rice genetics and breeding by molecular design in China

摘要 我国是一个农业大国,水稻是保障我国粮食安全和实现农业可持续发展的主粮作物.经过几十年的努力,我国科学家在水稻遗传学和功能基因组学领域取得了瞩目的成就,特别是在水稻复杂农艺性状基因解析方面取得了一系列重要的原创性研究成果,开创了以水稻为模式作物研究复杂性状基因调控网络的新领域.随着水稻功能基因组学的发展,我国科学家率先践行了分子设计育种理念,为培育高产、优质、抗逆、营养高效利用的"绿色超级稻"提供了有效的策略,对于确保我国粮食安全具有重要的意义. China is a large agricultural country that relies on rice as a staple crop to ensure national food security and sustainable agricultural development.With decades of efforts,Chinese scientists have made remarkable achievements in rice genetics and functional genomics,particularly in dissecting complex agronomic traits in rice,initiating a new research field-Using rice as a model crop to study the gene regulation networks of complex traits.In functional genomics research of rice,Chinese scientists have pioneered in the new breeding concept"breeding by molecular design",providing effective strategies in breeding high-yield,high-quality,stressresistance,and nutrient-efficient"green super rice",which is significant for national food security.
