新中国成立70年来我国植物代谢领域的重要进展 被引量:2

Important progress in plant metabolism in China since the establishment of the People’s Republic of China 70 years ago

摘要 代谢物在维持植物正常生长发育和抵御各种逆境胁迫中都发挥着重要作用.新中国成立70年来,我国科学家在基础代谢、青蒿素等植物活性天然产物的挖掘、植物代谢途径的解析及其生物学功能、植物活性成分的代谢工程及生物合成、代谢网络及其功能等植物代谢领域取得了一系列创新性研究成果,促进了我国植物代谢领域的迅速发展,提升了我国植物代谢研究的国际影响力,为取得更多突破性的研究成果奠定了基础. Metabolites play important roles in maintaining plant growth and development, and its resistance to biotic and abiotic stresses. Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China 70 years ago, Chinese scientists have made a series of innovative research achievements in the field of plant metabolism. These include the plant main metabolism, discovery of artemisinin and other natural products, elucidating of several metabolic pathways and their biological functions, application of metabolic engineering for synthesis of bioactive natural products, and study on metabolic networks and their functions. These findings have greatly promoted the development of plant metabolism and enhanced the international influence of plant metabolism research in China. These achievements also laid the solid foundation for more ground-breaking research in the future.
