Analysis on Bending Cracking of 2205 Stainless Steel Plate after Intergranular Corrosion Experiment

摘要 2205不锈钢板晶间腐蚀试验弯曲过程中发生开裂现象。为寻找开裂原因,对试验样品进行了化学成分分析、金相分析、扫描电镜分析及透射电镜分析。结果表明,2205不锈钢板弯折出现裂纹的原因是2205不锈钢板C含量过高,在敏化处理过程中析出了脆性M23C6碳化物,造成钢板韧性降低,导致弯曲开裂。 The cracking appeared when 2205 stainless steel plate was bent after the intergranular corrosion experiment. To figure out the reason of cracking, chemical composition analysis, metallographic analysis, SEM analysis, and TEM analysis have been performed on the cracked specimen. The results show that the bending cracking of 2205 stainless steel plate was caused by the degradation of toughness of the materials owing to the brittle phase, M23C6, formed during the sensitizing treatment because of the excessive amount of C.
