聚氨酯合成枕木横向压缩性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 以聚氨酯合成枕木为研究对象,对其横向压缩强度进行了测试,同时制备了纯聚氨酯泡沫,并测试其压缩强度,对二者的压缩强度进行了分析研究。结果表明,聚氨酯合成枕木横向压缩破坏为45°切应力破坏,其横向压缩强度比同密度的纯聚氨酯泡沫的低。 The polyurethane composite sleeper was used as the research object, and its transverse compressive strength was tested, Besides, pure polyurethane foam was prepared and its compressive strength was tested. The compressive strengthes of the two materials were compared and analyzed. The results show that the transverse compression failure of polyurethane synthetic sleepers is 45° shear stress failure, and its transverse compressive strength is lower than that of pure polyurethane foam of the same density.
