摘要
介绍了一种含氨甲醇脱氨的方法。通过浓硫酸中和含氨甲醇中的氨形成硫酸铵结晶,过滤分离出硫酸铵,得到含氨量较低的甲醇。实验得出的最佳条件:pH值控制为6.5~7.0,温度控制为30~35℃,过滤器材选型精度800目以上。
A method of ammonia removal from ammonia-containing methanol was introduced.Ammonium sulfate were formed by neutralizing ammonia in ammonia-containing methanol with sulfuric acid.Ammonium sulfate was separated by filtration to obtain methanol with low ammonia content.The best conditions were as follows:pH value was 6.5~7.0,temperature was 30~35℃,and the selection accuracy of filtering equipment was above 800 mesh.
