摘要
采用不同配比的申嗪霉素和咪唑菌酮复配后对几种病害病原菌进行室内毒力测定研究,寻找增效作用最为显著的复配比例。采用蚕豆叶片法和抑制病原菌菌丝生长速率法对水稻纹枯病、辣椒疫病和苹果炭疽病进行毒力测定。申嗪霉素和咪唑菌酮的配比在50∶1~1∶50之间具有良好的增效作用,尤其在20∶1~1∶20之间,表现出更显著的增效作用,共毒系数均在160以上。
The ratio of phenazine-1-carboxylic acid and fenamidoneha with the most significant synergistic effect was found by conducting indoor toxicity tests on the mixed formulations with different concentrations of two active ingredients.The toxicity to rice sheath blight,pepper blight and apple anthrax was determined by broad bean leaf and growth rate method.The significant synergistic effect could be observed when the ratio of phenazine-1-carboxylic acid and fenamidone ranged from 50∶1 to 1∶50.The best synergistic effect was obtained when the ration were at the range of 20∶1 to 1∶20,with the co-toxicity coefficient above 160.
