子女的丧失被认为是父母生活中压力最大的事件之一,以往研究表明丧子父母在子女死亡后的一段时间内罹患精神障碍的风险提高,尤其是复杂性哀伤.现回顾丧子父母的精神障碍问题及临床干预措施,旨在为开展丧子父母精神障碍患者临床干预提供一定的理论依据.

The loss of children is considered to be one of the most stressful events in the lives of parents. Previous studies have shown that the risk of mental disorders in parents who have lost their children for a period of time after their death, especially complexity grief. This article reviews the mental disorders of bereaved parents and clinical interventions, aiming to provide a theoretical basis for the clinical intervention of patients with bereaved parents.
