摘要 针对铁路轨道长期与机车车轮滚动接触容易产生应力疲劳裂纹,威胁铁路安全运行的现状,基于交流电磁场检测技术,针对铁路轨道的检测需求,设计开发了一套集检测软件-便携式机箱-检测探头为一体的交流电磁场缺陷检测系统,分别对铁轨上的人工缺陷和自然缺陷进行了检测。检测结果显示,交流电磁场缺陷检测系统可实时检出铁轨上的缺陷,并能初步判断缺陷的位置和大小。得到的结果可以为我国铁路安全评估提供一定的数据支撑。 In view of the long-term rolling contact between the railway track and the locomotive wheel,stress fatigue cracks are easily generated,which threatens the safe operation of the railway.Based on the alternating current field measurement,this paper designs and develops a set of detection software-portable chassis-detection probe to meet the requirements for the detection of the railway track.The integrated alternating current field measurement detection system detects the artificial defects and natural defects on the rails respectively.The test results show that alternating current field measurement defect detection system can realize the real-time detection of the defects on the rails,and can preliminarily judge the position and size of the defect.The obtained results can provide some support for the railway safety assessment of China.
