摘要
目的:建立伤益气雾剂中薄荷脑、龙脑的含量测定方法。方法:采用毛细管柱气相色谱法,色谱柱:HPINNOWax毛细管柱(φ0.32 mm×30 m,0.25μm,美国Agilent公司);进样口温度:250℃;检测器(FID)温度:250℃;程序升温:初始温度70℃,保持2分钟,以每分钟10℃的升温速率升至150℃,保持4分钟;分流比25:1;氢气流量:40 mL.min-1;空气流量:400 mL.min-1;进样量:1.0μL。结果:薄荷脑和龙脑分别在0.0631~4.038 mg.mL-1和0.0635~4.066 mg.mL-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数均为0.9999。薄荷脑平均回收率96.33%、龙脑平均回收率100.74%。结论:该气相色谱法简便、快速、准确,用于测定伤益气雾剂中薄荷脑和龙脑的含量准确、可行。
Objective:To establish a method to detect menthol and borneol in Shangyi aerosol.Method:The capillary column gas chromatography was performed on a HP-INNOWax column(φ0.32 mm×30 m,0.25μm,the United States Agilent company).The injector temperature was 250℃and the detector(FID)temperature was 250℃.The programming temperature of the column was 70℃keeping for 2 minutes,and then increased to 150℃with the heating rate of 10℃per minute,keeping for 4 minutes.The split ratio was 25:1.The hydrogen flow was 40 mL.min-1.The air flow was 400 mL.min-1.The injection volume was 1.0μL.Result:There were good linear relationships in the range of 0.0631~4.038 mg.mL-1 for menthol and 0.0635~4.066 mg.mL-1 for borneol,with correlation coefficients of 0.9999.The average recovery of menthol and borneol was 96.33%and 100.74%.Conclusion:The gas chromatography is convenient,rapid and accurate.It is feasible for the determination of menthol and borneol in shangyi aerosol.
