生殖免疫自身抗体检测对不孕不育的诊断效果

Diagnostic effect of reproductive immune autoantibody detection on infertility

目的探讨生殖免疫自身抗体检测在临床不孕不育诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2017年2月-2018年4月期间于高唐县人民医院接受不孕不育诊断的130例患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各65例,对照组采用宫腔镜检查,观察组在对照组基础上采用生殖免疫自身抗体检测,比较两组患者的诊断结果。结果观察组患者AcAb、AoAb、AsAb以及EmAb等各项生殖免疫自身抗体的阳性检出率分别为16.92%、20.00%、10.77%和12.31%。观察组患者的疾病检出率为96.92%,高于对照组的81.54%;而漏诊率和误诊率分别为1.54%和1.54%,低于对照组的10.77%和7.69%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在不孕不育的临床诊断中,生殖免疫自身抗体检测结果具有重要参考价值。

Objective To explore the application value of reproductive immune autoantibody detection in the diagnosis of clinical infertility.Methods From February 2017 to April 2018,one hundred and thirty cases of infertility diagnosed in Gaotang County People’s Hospital were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into observation group and control group,65 cases in each group.The control group was examined by hysteroscopy,while the observation group was detected by the reproductive immune autoantibody on the basis of the control group.The diagnostic results of the two groups were compared.Results The positive rates of reproductive immunity autoantibody detection of AcAb,AoAb,AsAb and EmAb in the observation group were 16.92%,20.00%,10.77%and 12.31%,respectively.The detection rate of disease in the observation group was 96.92%,higher than 81.54%in the control group,while the missed diagnosis rate and misdiagnosis rate were 1.54%,and 1.54%,respectively,lower than 10.77%and7.69%in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis of infertility,the results of autoantibody detection of reproductive immunity had important reference value.
