学校与医院立体教学对普外科护士软技能的效果 被引量:2

Effect of three-dimensional teaching in schools and hospitals on soft skills of nurses in general surgery

摘要 目的研究学校与医院立体教学模式对普外科护士实践能力和软技能的效果。方法选择2016年9月-2018年4月在深圳市宝安区沙井人民医院参与培训的126例医大护理系在读大学生为观察对象,根据培训方式分为观察组和对照组各63例。其中观察组采用学校与医院立体教学模式进行培训,对照组应用常规教学模式。培训后对他们的护理能力以及软技能进行测试,并对所有学习者经不同教学模式后的护理效果实施问卷调查。结果观察组培训后满意度、护理测试、自我评价以及软技能得分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论学校与医院立体教学模式应用于普外科护理实践的培训中能有效提高学习者对护理技术的掌握能力,提高学习效率。 Objective To study the effect of three-dimensional teaching mode in schools and hospitals on the improvement of general surgery nurses’ practical ability and soft skills. Methods A total of 126 undergraduates in nursing department of Medical University who participated in training in Shenzhen Baoan District Shajing People’s Hospital from September 2016 to April 2018 were selected as the subjects of observation. According to the training methods,they were divided into observation group and control group,63 cases in each group. In the observation group,three-dimensional teaching mode of schools and hospitals was used for training,the control group was given routine teaching mode. After training,their nursing ability and soft skills were tested,questionnaire survey was conducted on the nursing effect of all learners after different teaching modes. Results After training,the scores of satisfaction degree,nursing test,self-evaluation and soft skills in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of the three-dimensional teaching model of schools and hospitals in the training of general surgery nursing practice could effectively improve the learners’ mastery of nursing technology and learning efficiency.
