2018年潍坊市食源性疾病监测结果分析

Analysis on surveillance results of food-borne diseases in Weifang in 2018

目的分析潍坊市2018年哨点医院食源性疾病监测结果,掌握食源性疾病的发病及流行趋势,为食源性疾病的预防和控制提供科学依据。方法收集潍坊市2018年哨点医院食源性疾病病例的监测数据,并进行统计学分析。结果2018年潍坊市哨点医院共报告食源性疾病35 737例,其中,8~10月发病例数最多,占57.53%,45~54岁年龄组发病率最高,占17.77%,暴露食品以水果类及其制品为主,占33.42%,职业以农民为主,占59.15%,可疑进食场所以家庭为主,占88.26%。结论应进一步提高潍坊市食源性疾病的监测能力,增强食源性疾病的防范意识,从而预防食源性疾病病例的发生,降低食源性疾病的发病率。

Objective To analyze the surveillance results of food-borne diseases from sentinel hospital of Weifang in 2018,master the incidence and epidemic trend of foodborne diseases,in order to provide scientific basis for prevention and control of foodborne diseases. Methods The surveillance data of food borne disease cases from sentinel hospital of Weifang in 2018 were collected and analyzed statistically.Results A total of 35,737 food-borne patients were enrolled from sentinel hospital of Weifang in 2018. The incidence peak was from August to October with 57.53%. The highest incidence rate was in the age group of45-54 with 17.77%. The largest proportion of suspected food was fruit and their products with 33.42%.Farmers were the main occupation with 59.15%. Family home was the main dubious eating place with88.26%. Conclusion It is necessary to further improve the monitoring ability of food-borne diseases in Weifang City and enhance the awareness of prevention of food-borne diseases,so as to prevent the occurrence of food-borne diseases and reduce the incidence of food-borne diseases.
