电针灸结合特定电磁波治疗腰间盘突出的疗效观察

Observation on the curative effect of electroacupuncture combined with specific electromagnetic wave in treating lumbar disc herniation

目的探讨电针灸结合特定电磁波治疗腰间盘突出的治疗效果。方法选取2017年10月-2018年10月天津市南开区嘉陵道社区卫生服务中心收治的腰间盘突出患者182例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各91例。对照组采用针灸与特定电磁波结合治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用电针灸治疗。治疗2个疗程后,比较两组治疗总有效率。结果观察组的总有效率为97.8%,明显高于对照组的82.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电针灸结合特定电磁波治疗腰间盘突出疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of electroacupuncture combined with specific electromagnetic wave on lumbar disc herniation. Methods One hundred and eighty-two patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to the Jialing Road Community Health Center from October 201 7 to October201 8 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,ninety-one cases in each group. The control group was treated with acupuncture combined with specific electromagnetic wave,while the observation group was treated with electroacupuncture on the basis of the control group. After two courses of treatment,the total effective rate was compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97. 8%,which was significantly higher than 82.4% of the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion The curative effect of electro-acupuncture combined with specific electromagnetic wave in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation was definite,which was worthy of clinical popularization and application.
