摘要
学校发展自我诊断是在学校管理与实践基础上提出的,但当我们感受到它的意义并对此开启诊治后,就把教师专业发展的道路作为应对的办法。本文先从理论上给予肯定和尊重,然后根据学校本土发展提出切实可行的方法。
School development self-diagnosis is proposed on the basis of school management and practice, but when we feel its significance and start the diagnosis and treatment, we take the path of teacher professional development as the way to deal with it.This party structure gives affirmation and respect from the theory first, then according to the school local development puts forward the practical feasible method.
