关于创新高职教育管理体制的思考

Thoughts on Innovating the Management System of Higher Vocational Education

由于我国高职院校在管理的过程中缺乏相应的法律法规,同时没有根据实际情况开展相应的措施,进而导致社会参与度不充足,没有相应的投入管理资金。要想保障高职教育管理体制的稳定实施,需要根据地方政府的规定,以及各个部门协调开展对策,健全法律法规,规范高职院校的发展。基于此,本文分析了高职教育发展中存在的问题,以及影响高职教育发展的因素,笔者根据自身经验提出相应的对策与建议。

Due to the lack of corresponding laws and regulations in the process of management in higher vocational colleges in China, and the lack of corresponding measures according to the actual situation, the degree of social participation is insufficient and there is no corresponding investment in management funds. In order to ensure the stable implementation of the management system of higher vocational education, it is necessary to carry out coordinated countermeasures according to the provisions of the local government and all parts of the door, perfect laws and regulations, and standardize the development of higher vocational colleges. Based on this, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the development of higher vocational education, as well as the factors that affect the development of higher vocational education, and the author puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions according to his own experience.
