应用型人才培养模式下高校英语教学的改革与创新

英语作为全球通用语言,同时作为我国第二语言,要求现阶段服务社会的人群对其必须掌握与熟练的应用。尤其是处于当前知识经济时代,社会对应用型人才的需求越来越大,并且人与人之间的竞争也越来越激烈,这就要求高校在培养学科人才的时候应将应用型人才当作重点教育目标。为此,高校必须要进行改革与创新,并且在改革创新的过程中要加强对学生关于知识应用能力的培养,从而使学生成为符合时代要求的高素质人才,为社会的发展做出贡献。本文主要从必要性、现状及对策这4个方面分析了应用型人才培养模式下高校英语教学的改革与创新。

This paper mainly analyzes the reform and innovation of English teaching in colleges and universities under the mode of applied talent training from four aspects: necessity, positioning analysis, present situation and countermeasures.
