基于游客满意度的吉林省都市温泉休闲度假旅游发展研究

Research on the Development of Urban Hot Spring Leisure and Holiday Tourism in Jilin Province Based on Tourists’ Satisfaction

温泉旅游兼具休闲、养生、娱乐、度假多项功能,是打造休闲旅游核心区可选择的主要发展项目之一。研究通过问卷调查对吉林省长春市、吉林市两地都市温泉旅游项目中游客满意度的测评,以重要性和绩效感知两个维度,构建IPA模型,形成四个象限,清晰地展现游客的满意程度及温泉企业需要改进的地方,进而提出吉林省都市温泉休闲度假旅游发展的重点。

Hot spring tourism has many functions of leisure, health preservation, entertainment and vacation, and is one of the main development projects that can be selected to build the core area of leisure tourism. This study evaluates the tourist satisfaction of urban hot spring tourism in Changchun and Jilin Province through questionnaire survey. Taking the importance and performance perception as two dimensions, the IPA model is constructed to form four quadrants, which can clearly show the tourist satisfaction and the improvement of hot spring enterprises, and then puts forward the key points for the development of urban hot spring leisure and vacation tourism in Jilin Province.
