用加味四君子汤对接受结肠癌术后化疗的患者进行治疗的效果探究 被引量:4

摘要 目的 :探讨用加味四君子汤对接受结肠癌术后化疗的患者进行治疗的临床效果。方法 :选取2016年8月至2018年2月期间在广西梧州市中医医院接受结肠癌术后化疗的100例患者作为研究对象。将这100例患者分成对照组和观察组,每组各有50例患者。在两组患者接受结肠癌术后化疗期间,对其进行常规的药物治疗。在此基础上,为观察组患者使用加味四君子汤进行治疗。然后,比较两组患者不良反应的发生情况及其各项免疫功能检测指标。结果 :用此汤剂进行治疗后,观察组患者中发生Ⅱ级不良反应患者所占的比率高于对照组患者,但其发生Ⅲ级和Ⅳ级不良反应患者所占的比率均低于对照组患者,其TNF-α(肿瘤坏死因子)的水平、CD4+的水平及CD4+/CD8+均高于对照组患者,其不良反应的总发生率、CD8+的水平均低于对照组患者,P<0.05。两组患者中发生Ⅰ级不良反应患者所占的比率相比,P>0.05。结论 :用加味四君子汤对接受结肠癌术后化疗的患者进行治疗的临床效果显著,可有效地降低其不良反应的发生率,改善其免疫功能。 objective:to investigate the clinical effect of modified sijunzi decoction on postoperative chemotherapy of colon cancer patients.Methods:100 patients who received postoperative chemotherapy for colon cancer in wuzhou traditional Chinese medicine hospital of guangxi from August 2016 to February 2018 were selected as subjects.The 100 patients were divided into control group and observation group with 50 patients in each group.Patients in both groups received conventional drug therapy during postoperative chemotherapy for colon cancer.On this basis,the observation group was treated with modified sijunzi decoction.Then,the occurrence of adverse reactions and various immune function indicators were compared between the two groups.Results:after treatment,are carried out with this one gradeⅡpatients in observation group of patients accounted for the ratio is higher than the control group of patients,but its occurrenceⅢandⅣadverse reaction rate of the patients were lower than the control group patients,the level of TNF alpha(tumor necrosis factor),the levels of CD4+and CD4+/CD8+were higher than the control group patients,the total incidence of adverse reactions,the level of CD8+were lower than the control group patients,P<0.05.Ⅰmagnitude adverse reactions in two groups of patients compared to patients of ratio,P>0.05.Conclusion:modified sijunzi decoction can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve the immune function of patients receiving postoperative chemotherapy of colon cancer.
