摘要
目的 :探讨血清脂蛋白a及腺苷酸脱氨酶检测在评估脑梗死患者预后中的应用价值。方法 :对天门市第一人民医院接诊的60例脑梗死患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。根据是否死亡将这些患者分为死亡组和存活组。然后对比两组患者入院时血清脂蛋白a及腺苷酸脱氨酶的水平。结果:死亡组患者脂蛋白a及腺苷酸脱氨酶水平高于存活组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :血清脂蛋白a及腺苷酸脱氨酶检测在评估脑梗死患者预后中的应用价值较高。脑梗死患者血清脂蛋白a及腺苷酸脱氨酶的水平可作为评估其预后的重要指标。
objective:to investigate the application value of serum lipoprotein a and adenylate deaminase in evaluating the prognosis of cerebral infarction patients.Methods:the clinical data of 60 patients with cerebral infarction treated in tianmen first people’s hospital were analyzed retrospectively.These patients were divided into the death group and the survival group according to whether they died or not.Then serum lipoprotein a and adenylate deaminase levels were compared at admission.Results:the levels of lipoprotein a and adenylate deaminase in the death group were significantly higher than those in the survival group(P<0.05).Conclusion:serum lipoprotein a and adenylate deaminase can be used to evaluate the prognosis of patients with cerebral infarction.Serum lipoprotein a and adenylate deaminase levels in patients with cerebral infarction can be used as important prognostic indicators.
