温针灸联合小针刀疗法治疗寒湿型腰痛的效果探讨

Discussion on the effect of warm acupuncture and moxibustion combined with small acupotomy on cold and damp type lumbago

目的 :探究用温针灸联合小针刀疗法治疗寒湿型腰痛的临床效果。方法 :选取2017年5月至2018年9月期间富顺县晨光医院收治的82例寒湿型腰痛患者作为研究对象。将这些患者随机分为温针灸组(NWM组,n=41)与联合组(UNT组,n=41)。用温针灸疗法对NWM组患者进行治疗,用温针灸联合小针刀疗法对UNT组患者进行治疗,然后比两组患者的VAS评分及ODI评分。结果 :治疗后,UNT组患者的VAS评分和ODI评分均低于NWM组患者,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论 :用温针灸联合小针刀疗法治疗寒湿型腰痛的效果显著,可有效地缓解患者腰痛的症状,减轻其腰椎功能障碍。

objective:to explore the clinical effect of warm acupuncture and moxibustion combined with small acupotomy in the treatment of cold and wet type lumbago.Methods:from May 2017 to September 2018,82 patients with cold and wet type lumbago admitted to chenguang hospital of fushun county were selected as the study subjects.These patients were randomized into the warm acupuncture group(NWM group,n=41)and the combined acupuncture group(UNT group,n=41).Patients in the NWM group were treated with warm acupuncture and moxibustion,and patients in the UNT group were treated with warm acupuncture and moxibustion combined with small acupotomology.Results:VAS score and ODI score of UNT group were lower than that of NWM group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant P<0.05.Conclusion:warm acupuncture combined with small acupotomy is effective in the treatment of cold and wet type lumbago,which can effectively relieve the symptoms of lumbago and reduce the lumbar dysfunction.
