摘要
本文基于三种不同的测试工况,采用热平衡法对冷藏集装箱的热工性能进行了测试研究。通过对集装箱内外温度的测量,得出了箱体温度场的分布情况及箱体内部温度随环境温度的变化趋势。对比分析了不同工况下箱体的传热系数、漏热率等热工参数及其影响因素。发现稳态工况下测得的传热系数和漏热率较为稳定,分别为0.36 W/m^2·K、29.4 W/K;而非稳态工况下对集装箱热工性能的测试也具有一定的准确性。
Based on three different test conditions, the thermal properties of refrigeration container were tested by thermal equilibrium method. Through the measurement of the internal and external temperature of the container, the distribution of the temperature field of the box and the change trend of the internal temperature of the box with the ambient temperature were obtained. The thermal properties such as heat transfer coefficient and heat leakage rate of the box under different working conditions and their influencing factors were compared and analyzed. It was found that the heat transfer coefficient and the heat leakage rate measured under steady conditions were stable, 0.36 W/m^2·K and 29.4 W/K, respectively. The test of the thermal properties of the container under unsteady conditions also has certain accuracy.
