探究宫腔镜下输卵管插管通液治疗不孕症患者的临床效果

Investigation on the clinical effect of hydrotubation by tube insertion under hysteroscopy in the treatment of infertility patients

目的探讨不孕症患者采用宫腔镜下输卵管插管通液治疗的临床应用效果。方法122例不孕症患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同分为常规治疗组和宫腔镜治疗组,各61例。常规治疗组接受临床常规输卵管插管通液治疗,宫腔镜治疗组采用宫腔镜下输卵管插管通液治疗。对比两组患者治疗后的输卵管通畅情况和妊娠成功情况。结果宫腔镜治疗组的输卵管通畅率为57.38%,高于常规治疗组的37.70%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1年后,宫腔镜治疗组妊娠成功率为81.97%(50/61),高于常规治疗组的52.46%(32/61),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不孕症采用宫腔镜下输卵管插管通液治疗可以大幅提高患者的输卵管通畅率,从而使患者治疗后的妊娠成功率大幅提升,是一种效果显著的治疗方式。

Objective To discuss and analyze the clinical effect of hydrotubation by tube insertion under hysteroscopy in the treatment of infertility patients.Methods A total of 122 infertility patients as study subjects were divided into conventional group and hysteroscopy group by different treatment methods,with 61 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated by conventional hydrotubation by tube insertion in clinic,and hysteroscopy group was treated by hydrotubation by tube insertion under hysteroscopy.The tubal patency and pregnancy success status after treatment was compared between the two groups.Results The tubal patency rate was 57.38%in hysteroscopy group,which was higher than 37.70%in conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 year of treatment,the pregnancy success rate was 81.97%(50/61)in hysteroscopy group,which was higher than 52.46%(32/61)in conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hydrotubation by tube insertion under hysteroscope shows significant effect,and it can significantly improve the patency rate of patients with infertility,as well as the success rate of pregnancy after treatment.
