摘要
用国产水性羟基丙烯酸分散体为主要成膜物,配以国产水性异氰酸酯固化剂,选用消泡剂、水性润湿剂、流平剂等国产原料研制出一种性能优良的双组分水性聚氨酯涂料。讨论了不同水性羟基丙烯酸树脂、消泡剂和n(-NCO)/n(-OH)的大小对涂膜性能的影响;固化剂的选择及用量对双组分水性聚氨酯涂料活化期的影响。结果表明,n(-NCO)/n(-OH)=1.3时涂膜的光泽度为95%,硬度3H,耐水性大于96 h,耐乙醇擦拭性较好。
A kind of two-component waterborne polyurethane coatings with excellent properties was prepared by using domestic raw materials including waterborne hydroxyl acrylic dispersion as main film-forming material, waterborne isocyanate curing agent, defoamer, waterborne wetting agent and friction leveling agent. The effects of different waterborne hydroxyl acrylic resins, defoamers and n(-NCO)/n(-OH) proportions on the properties of the film are discussed, and the effects of the selection and dosage of curing agents on the activation period of two-component waterborne polyurethane coatings are also discussed. The results show that when n(-NCO)/n(-OH)=1.3, the gloss and hardness of the film are 95% and 3H respectively, the water resistance is more than 96 h, and the ethanol wiping resistance is good.
