山西省多能互补系统发展问题及对策研究

Research on the problems and countermeasures of the development of multi-energy complementary system in Shanxi Province

摘要 基于煤炭、可再生能源、储能及氢能相融合的多能互补系统是实现山西省能源革命排头兵的重要措施。分析山西省多能互补系统的发展现状及问题、开发模式及发展对策,结果表明:山西省以煤为主的能源供给结构是多能互补系统发展的障碍,构建"可再生能源+废弃井巷抽水储能"和"可再生能源制氢"是实现山西省多能互补系统的一个重要措施;通过电力辅助服务及补贴政策,为山西省多能互补系统的快速发展提供政策支持,该研究能够为山西省能源综合改革提供一些有益的借鉴。 The multi-energy complementary system based on the integration of coal,renewable energy,energy storage and hydrogen energy is an important measure to achieve the pacesetter of energy revolution in Shanxi Province. Through the development status and problems,development model and development countermeasures of the multi-energy complementary system in Shanxi Province,the research is carried out. The results show that the coal-based energy supply structure in Shanxi Province is an obstacle to the development of the multi energy complementary system,and the construction of "renewable energy +waste shaft pumped storage"and"renewable energy hydrogen production"is an important measure to realize the multi energy complementary system in Shanxi Province. Through the power-assisted service and subsidy policy,it provides policy support for the rapid development of the multi-energy complementary system in Shanxi Province. This research can provide some useful lessons for the comprehensive energy reform in Shanxi Province.
