供者干细胞动员中诱发肺泡出血1例并文献复习

A case of alveolar hemorrhage from non-related donor of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and literature review

干细胞采集这一技术自1992年我国造血干细胞捐献者资料库建立以来,已经形成了较为成熟、安全的技术体系,HLA相合无关供者是目前异基因造血干细胞移植中干细胞的主要来源之一,在造血干细胞动员过程中,有少部分健康供者在接受重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子(granulocyte colony-stimulating factors,G-CSF)后会出现相关不良反应,但大部分症状轻微、持续时间较短,无需特殊干预可自行缓解。

To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of adverse events during the mobilization of allogeneic donor hematopoietic stem cells,we reported a case of alveolar hemorrhage during hematopoietic stem cell mobilization.The occurrence of pulmonary hemorrhage in the process of stem cell mobilization was highly correlated with granulocyte colony stimulating factor.It's needed to exclude other causes what lead pulmonary hemorrhage,and treat patients with glucocorticoid as soon as possible.
