2018年保定市易县8~10岁儿童尿碘监测结果 被引量:1

Monitoring results of urine iodine among children aged 8-10 years old in Yixian County of Baoding City in 2018

摘要 目的了解2018年保定市易县8~10岁儿童尿碘水平,为碘营养的干预提供依据。方法按东西南北中5个方位各随机抽取1个乡镇,每个乡镇随机抽取1所小学,每所小学随机抽取20人份以上8~10岁儿童尿样,采用尿碘砷铈催化分光光度法测定尿碘含量。结果共检测8~10岁儿童尿样226份,尿碘中位数为205.64μg/L,<50μg/L的占1.77%,100μg/L的占7.52%,100~<200μg/L的占37.17%,100~<300μg/L的占75.66%,≥300μg/L的占16.81%。总体尿碘峰值保持在100~300μg/L之间,呈向右拖尾的正偏态分布。不同年龄、性别、区域、民族学龄儿童尿碘水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论易县8~10岁儿童尿碘水平达到了碘缺乏病消除标准。今后应继续加强尿碘监测,并对少部分碘不足和碘过量儿童进行干预。 Objective To know the urinary iodine levels of children aged 8-10 years old in Yixian County of Baoding City in2018, provide scientific evidence for iodine nutrition intervention. Methods Five towns were selected at random according to azimuth(east, west, south, north and center). One elementary school was randomly chosen in each town. And 20 urine samples of children aged 8-10 years old were randomly collected in every school selected and the iodine contents were determined by arsenic cerium catalytic spectrophotometric method. Results 226 urine samples of children aged 8-10 years old were detected,with the median value of 205.64 μg/L. The proportion of urinary iodine concentration below 50 μg/L, below100 μg/L, 100-<200μg/L, 100-<300 μg/L, and over 300 μg/L was 1.77%, 7.52%,37.17%,75.66%, and 16.81%, respectively. The peak value of urinary iodine remained between 100 and 300 ug/L, showing positively skewed distribution trailing to the right. There were no statistically significant differences in urinary iodine levels among children in different age, gender, ar ea and ethnic(P>0.05).Conclusion Urinary iodine level of children aged 8-10 years old in Yixian County has reached the standard for elimination of iodine deficiency disorders. In the future,urinary iodine monitoring should be strengthened,and intervention should be carried out for children with iodine deficiency and iodine excess.
