Surveillance results of foodborne diseases in Shenyang City in 2018

摘要 目的分析2018年沈阳市食源性疾病监测结果,了解食源性疾病流行病学特征。方法对2018年沈阳市363家监测医院报告的食源性疾病病例信息进行统计分析,并对其中375份生物样本进行检测。结果监测的4667例病例主要集中在5-9月(89.48%),病例最多的职业为家务及待业(26.85%),病例主要分布在苏家屯区和皇姑区,报告发病率分别为121.25/10万和102.86/10万。病例主要暴露的食品是肉与肉制品(18.14%)、水产动物及其制品(16.77%)、水果类及其制品(16.07%),病例进食的主要场所为家庭(62.32%)。病原学监测显示病毒总阳性率为16.00%,诺如病毒阳性率为10.40%,副溶血性弧菌阳性率为4.27%。结论相关部门应根据沈阳市食源性疾病的流行特征,进一步开展食品安全常识的宣传教育,提高全民的食品安全意识;有关监管部门应加强防控重点的监管,减少食源性疾病的发生。 Objective To analyze the foodborne disease surveillance data in Shenyang City in 2018,understand the epidemiological features of foodborne diseases. Methods The data of foodborne disease cases reported by 363 monitoring hospitals in Shenyang City in 2018 were analyzed statistically, and 375 biological samples were tested. Results A total of 4 667 cases mainly concentrated in May to September(89.48%). The cases were mainly housework and unemployment(26.85%). The cases were mainly distributed in Sujiatun District and Huanggu District, which the incidence was121.25/lakh and 102.86/lakh respectively.The main exposure food were meat and meat products(18.14%), aquatic animal and its products(16.77%), and fruit and its products(16.07%), while the main place to eat was at home(62.32%). Pathogenic surveillance showed total positive rate of viruses was 16.00%, and the positive rate of norovirus and Vibrio parahaemolyticus was 10.40% and 4.27% respectively. Conclusion The relevant departments should further carry out the publicity and education of food safety knowledge according to the epidemic characteristics of foodborne diseases in Shenyang City, so as to improve the food safety awareness of the whole people. Relevant supervisory departments should strengthen the supervision of key prevention and control points to reduce the foodborne diseases.
