2018年重庆市綦江区法定传染病疫情分析

Analysis on epidemic situation of notifiable diseases in Qijiang District of Chongqing in 2018

目的了解2018年重庆市綦江区法定传染病的发病水平和流行特征,为制定传染病预防控制策略提供科学依据。方法用描述流行病学方法对2018年重庆市綦江区法定传染病疫情资料进行分析。结果2018年重庆市綦江区无甲类传染病报告,报告乙、丙类传染病19种4894例,年报告发病率为596.83/10万,死亡60例,死亡率为7.32/10万,病死率为1.22%;其中报告乙类传染病13种1817例,死亡60例,年发病率为221.58/10万,死亡率为7.32/10万,病死率为3.30%;报告丙类传染病6种3077例,无死亡病例,年发病率为375.24/10万。法定传染病报告发病数居前5位的病种分别为手足口病、其他感染性腹泻病、肺结核、梅毒、肝炎。结论发病主要以婴幼儿接触传染、成人性传播疾病和呼吸道传染病为主,应加强重点人群宣传和健康教育,注意重要场所的防控。

Objective To understand the prevalence and epidemiological characteristics of notifiable diseases in Qijiang District of Chongqing in 2018, provide scientific evidence for formulating control and prevention strategies for infectious disease. Methods Descriptive epidemiological method was used to analyze the epidemic data of notifiable diseases in Qijiang District of Chongqing in 2018. Results There was no category A infectious diseases in Qijiang District of Chongqing in 2018, totally 19 kinds of category B and C infectious disease were reported, including 4 894 cases, with the annual reported incidence rate of 596.83/lakh, there were 60 death cases with the mortality of 7.32/lakh and the fatality rate of 1.22%. There were 13 kinds of category B infectious diseases, including 1 817 cases and 60 death cases, with the annual reported incidence rate of 221.58/lakh, mortality of 7.32/lakh and the fatality rate of 3.30%. There were six kinds of category C infectious diseases, including 3 077 cases, with the annual reported incidence rate of 375.24/lakh, and there was no death case. The top five notifiable diseases with highest case number were hand foot mouth disease, other infectious diarrhea disease, tuberculosis, syphilis, and hepatitis. Conclusion The main diseases are infant infection, adult sexually transmitted diseases and respiratory infections. It is necessary to strengthen the publicity and health education of key groups and pay attention to the prevention and control of important places.
