省级疾控机构关键信息基础设施网络安全建设与管理

Construction and management of network security for critical information infrastructure of provincial centers for disease control and prevention

本文按照《中华人民共和国网络安全法》和《关键信息基础设施确定指南》的要求,结合《党委(党组)网络安全工作责任制实施办法》对省级疾病预防控制(简称疾控)机构关键信息基础设施进行梳理和风险评估,从安全技术、安全管理、应急演练、安全教育与培训等多个方面建设入手,强化关键信息基础设施全方位的网络安全防护能力和水平,保障省级疾控机构网络安全。

The paper carry out the carding and security risk assessment of critical information infrastructures of provincial centers for disease control and prevention according to the requirements of the "Network Security Law of the People’s Republic of China"and the "Guidelines for the Determination of Critical Information Infrastructure", combing with the Implementation Measures for the Party Committee(Party Group) Network Security Work Responsibility System". Through the construction of safety technology,safety management, emergency drills, safety education and training, the paper aims to strengthen the ability and level of comprehensive network security protection of key information infrastructure and ensure the network security of provincial centers for disease control and prevention.
