慢性疼痛患者心理特征及评估工具的研究进展

Research progress of psychological features and assessment tools in patients with chronic pain

慢性疼痛患者心理特征主要表现为抑郁、焦虑、疼痛接受、疼痛灾难化以及各种无效的应对方式等,不仅影响治疗,而且也严重影响患者的生活质量。本文通过综述慢性疼痛患者的心理特征及相关心理评估工具的研究进展,以期为临床实践提供更佳的心理评估技术,及时发现患者心理问题,并针对性的采取护理干预措施,降低消极心理对疼痛治疗的影响,提高患者的生活质量。

The psychological features of patients with chronic pain is mainly manifested as depression, anxiety, pain acceptance,pain disaster and various ineffective coping styles, which not only affect treatment but also seriously affect the quality of life of patients. This article reviews the research progress on psychological features of patients with chronic pain and related psychological assessment tools, in order to provide better psychological assessment techniques for clinical practice, timely discovery of patients’ psychological problems,and take targeted nursing interventions to reduce the impact of negative psychology on pain treatment, improve patients’ quality of life.
