摘要 如何实现互联网技术与农业保险的深度融合,提升互联网技术对农业保险发展的综合效率,是新时期数字乡村建设的重要内容之一。论文利用2007~2017年全国农业保险时间序列数据作为样本,选取非径向非导向数据包络(DEA-SBM)模型,在对中国农业保险发展效率进行测度的基础上,采用Tobit方法分析了互联网技术普及对中国农业保险发展效率的影响,并就此提出应对建议。 With the rapid development and continuous popularization of information technology, the impact of "Internet +" on agriculture is increasin gly prominent. How to realize the deep integration of Internet technology and agricultural insurance and improve the comprehensive efficiency of Int ernet technology in the development of agricultural insurance is one of the important contents of digital village construction in the new era. This paperuse the time series data of national agricultural insurance from 2007 to 2017 as the sample, selects the non-radial non-oriented data envelopment(DEA-SBM) model, measures the development efficiency of China’s agricultural insurance, and use Tobit method to analyze the impact of Internet technology popularization on the development efficiency of China’s agricultural insurance. The results show that the popularization of Internet technology has greatly promoted the development effi ciency of agricultural insurance, and has become a new engine to promote the development efficiency of agricultural insurance. Therefore, accelerating the penetrati on rate of Internet technology in rural areas, further promoting the integration of Internet technology with agricultural insurance and rural information, and improving the directivity and accuracy of agricultural insurance subsidy policies through strengthening supervision are of great importance to the improvement of rural resid ents’ income and agricultural production level.
